1.    Focus: First Important fact of Successful People

–   Just like any click requires good focus similarly if one has to achieve success in every point of his life he has to focus in the task that he/she thought of performing.

–   There are few steps that one must follow to focus:

a.       Set a Goal:

You must have a vision or a goal in your life. It could be anything. For example, if you want to get appreciation by the end of today or maybe you want to be a famous personality in three years from today

 b.      Develop a System or Strategy:

Once you have set your goal you must plan out all your steps that needs to be taken in order to get close to your goal every day. It is not really necessary to do all these things in a single day.

For example, there might be people who want to reduce weight and want to stop eating as their first step to achieve their goal. This is ideally not possible. They might be able to focus on to this plan of action till first half of the day. But as the day begins to end they crave for food so much that they eventually cannot stop eating even the unhealthy food causing weight gain.

So, ensure that you take steps that are measurable andattainable to achieve your goal.

Focus on things that can be taken care of easily and you don’t realize the impact of these tiny steps, as it does not make a huge difference in your daily routine.

For example, you can always think of drinking an extra glass of water every day and adding on one more every day.

Never expect for immediate results, else you would spoil the entire method that you have planned.

 c.       Prepare a Checklist:

The day you had the thought of your goal, you must have also prepared a list of tasks that you need to take up in order to achieve them one by one. Now every time your day ends, you must sit with this checklist and tick mark if they could be accomplished.

Also, if not achieved, you must draw a plan of action to break up the task and spread it over a month or two and understand the dependency factors and then plan out once again.

When you start thinking of one thing day and night that becomes your habit and thus it transforms into your passion and you start believing in it so much that you find it hard to focus on anything else and it acts as your guide to success.

d.      Feedback:

Whenever you are out there meeting people while you are all focused to participate in process of completion of your task you must also make sure that you take feedback from people.

Feedback is something that acts like a backbone for a person on a mission to get success. If it comes as negative one, then we must judge it ourselves before taking it and mourning over it as not all negative feedback are real. They might be to de motivate you as people are jealous of your confidence and of your success.

If it is positive then you must pat on your back and say cheers to yourself as you could impress others with your work.

In order to concentrate and stay with the task until its 100 % complete we need concentrate.

Concentration can be best achieved when we know how to prioritize our tasks in our plan or strategy. You need not be the only one deciding on this part.

You can include these things during your conversation with your fellow people and family and decide after they give their inputs. But never go by votes. Go as per your judgment on these votes, as you are best one to know the facts cause the seed of the entire planning is yours.
