Hello friends, are you still wondering with your resume and still stuck thinking “Why is my resume selected for interviews and am still not able to get through any of them when I do give answers with all those interview skills, to all those questions thrown on me?”

Well! then let’s understand if we have these interview skills with us:

1. Self Confidence:

a. One must speak with confidence and that is to showcase how good and well versed are you with the knowledge of your last experience.

b. Practice in front of the mirror and make someone ask questions and you look at yourself in the mirror to see if you look confident while answering. See to it that you don’t stop in between. There must be a logical flow when you explain your process or task that you did in your last experience.

c. Prepare a checklist or a flowchart which you should practice until you attain perfection to ensure you sound confident.

d. Always maintain a eye to eye contact while answering your question to project self confidence as a part of your interview skills.

d. Do mention why do you think it is essential to be punctual and how does it influence your work and quality and other members in your team and how can you set a good example of an efficient employee. Also, mention what is consistent performance and why is so important for promotions.

All these balances your competency drive and ensures you to be in the good books and lead you to the endless opportunities coming your way to climb those ladders of success that you always wanted and boosts you to be the best every time be it any designation you are in.
