There might be necessary actions to be taken by the leader to fix those breaks or bridge those gaps that is holding back the plans and to ensure moving ahead every time and get results for every new project they take up and get success every time.

The leader basically is the one who knows what is the best pickand motivates and nurtures commitment and efforts of his fellow people and creates a system that is successful not just once and only in his presence, but even when he is not around and when managed by others in future.

Be your leader first and then can you drive others in the path of success inevitably with the leadership qualities.
