Recipe I:

BROCCOLI WITH CHICKEN – A GREAT WEIGHT LOSS RECIPE FOR LUNCH / DINNER

Get these:

Broccoli – 500 gm [cleaned and washed]

Chicken: 250 gm [boiled and preferably chicken breast only]

Tomato: 1 cup [chopped in cubes]

Onion: 1 cup [chopped]

Ginger Juliennes – 10

Garlic Cloves – 5 [finely chopped]

Salt: Enough [to amaze your taste buds]

Black Pepper: 1/4 tsp

Hot Green Chillies – 3 whole [or more if you like it spicy]

Almonds: 5 [flaked]

Olive Oil – 1/2 tsp

 

Remember: Do not heat olive oil for too long as good fats in it converts to bad fat at high temperature.

 

Procedure:

1. Take a dry non-stick pan and put it on high flame

2. After 30 seconds switch to low heat

3. Add 1/2 tsp of olive oil

4. Immediately add chopped ginger julienne and chopped garlic

5. Saute this for 1 minute

6. Now add 1 cup of chopped onions and tomatoes

7. Now add boiled and shredded chicken breast

8. Stir it for 5-10 minutes

9. Add 500 gm of washed broccoli

10. Sprinkle salt as per your taste

11. Add 1/4 tsp black pepper [this step is optional if you don’t prefer the taste]

12. Now, add chopped green chillies

13. Stir for another 5 minutes and your dish is ready

Eat this to your delight for lunch or dinner and enjoy weight loss recipes including them in your daily regime.
